Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or the return is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay.

Please note:

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.
• Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
• Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including goods made to your specifications, personalized items, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other statutory exceptions.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
